Horrible hat, only this high because of 'theme' market is flooded with them.

Not that it entirely matters, but, isn't the juju 23 keys in the high range? Or were you just averaging the cost of it? Your proof makes sense though.

I think that is why he set the suggestion's high range at 22 keys, because a clean juju is 21 - 23 keys. So I guess he said 22 keys and moved on. :)
