It is now a retired hat, so I think that it should have a more value due to that. They won't be dropped or unboxed anymore. It was 16-20 keys 8 months ago when it was dropping and was possible to unbox. I think that every retired unusual should be worth at least 1 bud. There are only 20 in the game.
