**Note** I checked all pages on Tf2outpost and this was the research I could find. The Mann Co. Supply Crate #56 items are dropping and the S. Flying Guillotine had a better accurate range 2 ref and not 2-2.33 ref. Also why buy a S. Flying Guillotine at 2.33 ref when you can buy it at 2 Ref or less?
