Proof gathered from the first 9 pages of outpost, I excluded 4.11ref trades under 12 hours old and trades selling for more than 4.11ref, it seems 4ref sellers out number the 4.11ref ones.

i somehow don't see this passing since the admins have been rather stubborn on this but i'm going to upvote anyway. there are just too many trades that are simply not managing to sell at the current range.
