2) Good tier effect and very visible

3) Demo is good class c:

Good try, but your suggestion is a little off. You paid a bud, and another had a BO of 1 bud, so for now the high price shouldn't go over 1 bud/27 keys. If you manage to sell for higher, then it can be used as proof for a further raise.
