30 Keys > Outlier, also there are also only 19 Keys in the backpack of the offerer

Flies Drill's > At least 25% Overpay, 22 Key offer

S. Gunslinger > We don't know how much he had to add, also overpay in items.

30 keys isn't an outlier, and he only has 19 now. 25% overpay is your own made up rule, and the bud/25 offers are at the high end of the range, which is wrong as he declined them, meaning they should be at the low/mid end.

You have two offers in the current range, one 2-Key-outlier, an unusual offer (which needs to overpay, that's why the seller declined, 22/23 Keys are not enough..) and a unspecific, retracted offer of a S. Gunslinger.

You provided proof for the current range, nothing else.

Oh btw. about the outlier of 30 Keys:

It's one offer which is 2 Keys over the current range. This is an outlier. If there are 3 or 4 offers it wouldn't be an outlier..
