I know this is a really large range but it seems to be all over the map... Several people have sold it for 1.66, but there are still a few people selilng it for 1 refined. And everywhere in between.

I'd suggest 1-1.33, since this one: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9613437 which you said has an add doesn't (unless I'm going blind). The one 1.66 guy seems to be an outlier, since people are selling for less and it took him a week to get a buyer.

that's 2 trades with adds at 1.66, which is a bit on the high end but it still seems to have enough interest to be included in the price

I only see one with adds at 1.66 if you take out the one which doesn't actually have any adds.

Went investigating on that trade. The softcap soldout pretty quickly it seems, the Beanie was sold yesterday, and the Mining Light was sold a few days ago to this guy: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198051810419 on the 31st it seems.

So that "Added" comment you see on the bottom of that trade is probably for the Brigade Helm, but the seller hasn't been online to accept the request... maybe.

Regardless, it seems there's an interested buyer at 1.66 ref.
