Also the people who are selling for 0.66 are 5 months old, which according from backpack.tf's price history of this item, the price of this item was 0.33-0.66Ref, about 5 months ago, downvote for now, if you find more proof.

The .66 sellers are all way too old. And based on what everyone is saying, its very easy to get 1 ref for it.

I have had no trouble selling the 2 I have sold for 1.33 each

As said in the comments, it seems .66 sales are somewhat rare, and most traders reject .66 offers and sell for a ref.
