Not unless there is overwhelming success in that range.

1 has one confirmed with in a reasonable amount of time.

4 has no confirmed with in a reasonable time

5 has no confirmed, the one post was hidden by the person who posted it, hinting it was retracted

7 has serval, but about half with in a weeks time, so who know if the price was changed or not.

Doesn't seem like enough to really change the value. Bill's are bought for less than 8 keys quite frequently, but that doesn't mean the range should change.

Those are all quickbuyers, and their success seems to be very limited except the last one. The fact that their success is limited still shows that they're hard to get at 7 keys. Staying neutral though.

Sorry but for my trade I value the paint at just .5 which would make the dashin 6 keys for me. SOOOOOO, I value my Sharp Dresser at 8 keys. Just saying this for clarification.

Sorry for the late response but I have a buyer atm that wants me to reserve it for them. SO no I haven't sold it.

Hmmmmm i was trying to buy one last week and it was very very hard to have a seller at 7, quite a few with rejected offers of 7 keys and managed to get one for 7 keys and 2 ref.

Quite a few of the trades you linked have a couple of offers at 7 keys so ill downvote for now :S

what the point of this its a 0.5 range difference..... this just seems like one useless change...
