Welcome to backpack.tf's community suggestion feed, now before recieving half of the population of backpack.tf to come and grab free rep, I'd suggest closing your suggestion! Please state proof of the price of this item to be going down to 3.33 - 3.66 by collecting recent trade offers, completions, or lack of these on websites like bazaar, outposts, etc. Collecting this proof allows us to vote if it's true enough to change the price it is suggested at. This is not a place to change prices if we want, but to see what people are selling for! If you'd like there is also a place here to advertise your items for sale, maybe at this price, or you can post on an outpost trade that you're looking to buy one of these fine AWPer hands for 3.33 - 3.66! This is not a place to make your suggestion on this item just because you want it to be, you need to state true prices this is commonly selling for, thank you.
