This item has had two suggestions, one 7 months ago with proof, the other 2 months ago with none. 7 month old price (how), needs a range.

I guess this one doesn't fully count, 'cause it's painted, but it was offered "Vintage foster's facade painted orange worth 3 ref for the headcase " so, they both have the same paint, and the base item is more valuable (1.33+)
