That man wants more than 24 keys for his Strange Part, so I discount is as valid evidence either way.

Actually, I think he only wants 8 keys for his; not sure where the 24 keys came from... O.o

Anyway, the offers mentioned come from the same guy who bought for 5 keys in the evidence provided. I note that it's kind of difficult to price something that only one person on Outpost wants (no buyers' trades found on Outpost)... we'll see how this goes!

Upon reaching offer of 6 keys
