Tentative 6 buds offer from the start, multiple 6-7 bud unusual offers, interest relatively mid and new solly hat + rarity (1 of 1 in the TF2Universe), 1 of 1 on outpost. Setting range at 6.6, which I feel is already modest for the offers currently.

I'm new to these price suggestions, so please forgive my ignorance, but I don't see how an item that's never been sold can be valued based on offers alone. Until there's a solid sale, aren't any price suggestions just speculation?

i would say this is low at the moment considering hearts slope scopers are 8.7 buds (according to backpck.tf) and i rate both energies above hearts.
however the evidence is from a 1:1 hat so there is no range to choose from and those offers on the link are current offers so i would upvote this initially with scope for it to change as more hats arrive (see what i did there with scope :P)
