This needs another bump down. It may be discontinued, but seems that the community's hype for it is seriously low and treat it as a cheap item.

I don't understand. I mean, the hype for these items are going down like a ton, and people really do not want to pay a lot for it. I know that people who are buying items tend to list a lower price to save money, but only a key or some metal lower. In this case, people are listing THREE key below sapper's normal price, indicating the low demand for sapper.

well please say if those buyers are succesful, only completed offers/trades are valid. lowballs shouldn't dictate a price. No I'm not a butthurt sapper owner, I actually want to buy one so I'd love it to go down

I definately just dropped the price on this yesterday...

and I'd say, having recently done the research on it, there are still too many people selling at 10 keys or 9+ some ref. Many of those buying trades are people trying to buy and resell the sapper for a profit. Quicksells and such.

it was 11-12keys 3 days ago...i wonder where the salvaged crates come from, i never got one in my entire career.

they come in drops, but pretty infrequently. I've gotten a crate 40 before, but they're pretty uncommon

That 3-key-below-price also means buyers are expecting the sapper to drop even more than it already has.

There are bunch unsold at 9 keys even. Can't believe how much this market has crashed. This is the only strange sapper available (no strange tape recorder). You'd think it would be better at retaining value...

Mate, I don't make a price suggestion without checking the market first... I already knew the community's attitude towards strange sapper.

But it's harder to go from a range to a flat suggestion. You need to prove that they aren't selling at 10 which is hard to do cause you can't exactly search for closed trades. Having said that, there are enough unsold at 9 and sellers and successful buyers at 8 to outweigh the few sold for 10 keys.

Well, it seems like common sense to me to not include 10 keys in the range since nobody is making deals at 10 keys. How do I know that? Some people have multiple sappers selling for about 10 keys, and they did not even sell one.

The grease thing is dropping faster than sapper, so not exactly 10 keys. But cool find though =)

The prices are like this due to excessive price lowering. NO one wants to buy an item when it is goign to just go down a key or so in another day, they'll wait another day or so. Confidence is being killed by all this excessive suggesting.

This site needs to let items settle for a few days in between suggestions or you will see crashes like this based on hype.

it's the same with the stock market. If something goes down, people sell, that selling causes others to sell, snowball effect.

For me u have enough evidences of unsold at 10 to exclude this price, and lot buyers under, so i upvote, but i think a range should be better, like 8-9 keys don't u think ?

I think too much change at once would hurt the TF2 economy a little too much. Decrease it a little and see how the community responds, and if they still keep buying and sell this item at low prices, keep going lower =)

yes, i'm sure we will see 8keys soon then ^^
