Got higher offer + it got sold for higher than your suggested price

There is only one offer/sale within your suggested range within recent time. I really don't see how that deserves the new range. Both of the 25 key offers were retracted, and the sf knife trade is still within the old price boundary on the low end. The unusual offers need overpay factored in.

I'm not seeing much proof for the high end of 26, especially when unusual overpay is factored in, so I'm downvoting.
