Just sold this hat. Price needs a bit of a move up.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9112967 - Sold for 23+ keys (Bill's + 15). Most likely added a key or more, either way it'd be in my range. If not, I'll remake this with 23 as a low.

This hat was 1/1 on the market for a while, there's a new one up. If anybody has further information, that would be greatly appreciated.
