it's really hard to buy it for 2 scrap
Most of these trades are considered too short to be valid proof.
1st link no one offered .66
The only proof you have for this is the 2nd .66 and .44 trades
Your proof has to show a majority of people buying at .33.
Downvote.
Hope this helped.

they can still be gotten at .22 although most sell for .33
that one is sold already. I added him as I wanted one, but he's sold. oh and it was only 3 uses
wow... well I've never had any trouble selling them for a rec. but that's all I know
Those are sellers... and they are mostly unsold. You provided no buyers.
First two trades @ .66 Unsuccessful lots of .22 offers on them
The .44 trade One person added but no sign of actual sale being completed
First .33 trade No offers or sales
Second .33 A few sales but nothing major still alot of .22 offers
Third .33 sale, offered .55 for 2, rejected
fourth .33 sale no offers or sales
Sorry but there's not a huge lot of proof "yet" that the price is gearing towards a solid .33 so it gets my down vote for now
I never bought one, usually get this as sweets but it's easy to sell for 0.33 and sometimes more. So I think you need a range.. staying neutral for now

Leave the price, such as it is. I just bought for 0.22 Ref. this range there is a long time. there is not any preconditions for changing it. Purchase 0.22 is not easy, but possible. http://backpack.tf/id/76561198044034251 http://www.webpagescreenshot.info/i/199362-452013122857am.png
If you can't buy 0.22 or do not want to sell cheaper 0.33. do not deprive others of the opportunity.
downvote
P.S.
Sorry for the broken English. translate into Google
I have done over 500 duels and all I can say is that 0.22 ref should actually be considered quicksell and should be put out of range. Most buyers are trying to buy for 0.22 and sometimes they succeed. But its a lot of effort and slow process. 0.33 is the price everyone is selling for
I have a gold duel badge (and actually 720 duels won), I'm buying each duel 1 wep per use. So yeah, 2.5 scrap or 3 ... Same for me, even I can find some people continue to sell it at 1 wep per use.
No problem, upvoted, and smooth proofs.
