Conclusion:

This unusual almost immediately sold for 2 buds if not more as shown by first trade. It does not seem uncommon to receive offers between 2-2.4 buds. It would not be far-fetched to believe that 2.5 buds is possible even though the 2.5 buds buyout has not been met yet. The trade has not been up for a full week and unusuals tend to not trade on a rapid pace.

Side Note: No unusual offers were analyzed, so there may be even higher offers when unusual overpay is taken into account, but I do not believe that matters since there is still a buyout of 2.5 buds on the market.
