People are selling them for 0.66 ref, so just getting a price going. But most of the achievement items (PyroVision Goggles, Spiral Sallet, etc.) are this price.

I looked on Outpost first and saw that one, but did not bother copying it as it said nothing and that is a ridiculous trade. So, that would not make sense
