13-16 keys - should be the price for which the hat is sold or purchased ( offers -no accept and hat not sold-this can not be proof that the hat costs less ).

I told you several times" looking for hard selling(links where hat sold)- price here, is not collect offers-indirectly affect the price(if we talk about price reduction).
