There are a few trades with a buyout of 1 bud but no offers even close to that. Admittedly some of these offers are outdated and may not follow up with a 'yes' if chased but they are the only offers shown. I feel the 21 key and 23 buyouts show that the price should be lowered to around that area. I also feel the lower end should be raised slightly as it was quite an easy sell at 18, maybe even higher but that's the only documented proof.
