It already went up yesterday. Also, I don't see where 17 keys comes from, unless you think the #23 cockfighter is actually worth 15 keys.

It was just changed yesterday and you have no proof to support your range.

The only offer in your range is the craft #23 cockfighter + g. shred alert. And we all now that crafts are sheit to price and shouldn't be included in the range. Downvote
As others pointed out, all the offers you mention are either within current range, or subject to item overpay.
There's no proof of 17, especially given how volatile craft numbered items are.
