Person has denied 7 pure buds, which is really close to the high of the old price, but I am putting it down as the low because if pressured enough, person could sell.

price needs to be slightly bumped, but not this much.
Smoking tc is 5.5-6
+overpay=5.3 buds
That doesn't make sense, it's 5.5-6.2 use that price to determine this one. Don't consider it as overpay when it's not.

5.5 - 6.2, 5.6 - 6.1, 5.7-6, 5.8-5.9, 5.85 + 2 = 7.85 and i was declined on a 2.4 bud unusual + smoking tc two times:

Guy unboxed it, probably looked at this price and decided to sell it for lower. It's still nice counterproof, but he's the first owner

Ask the owner of link 2 if he has any proof of the 8 bud offer. Somebody who makes an offer the owner accepts and is collecting the items will be on the owner's friends list, and as such proof of the offer can be obtained from them.
If so, 7.3-8 seems like it'd be fine, because a 7 pure offer was rejected and I doubt that seller wants just 8 more keys.
