OHAI! I WUNT 2 MANIPULATE BP.TF’S SYSTEM 4 MAH OWN PERSUNAHL GAIN!
Bumping 4 month old price. There are 4 on OP (I bought one a couple days ago so one less trade) and one of the 4 is level 69 and I don't like touching collector's items/levels or things of that nature, so I'm going to ignore that trade. (if you'd like to see it here it is: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9635537 )
Sold Panama:
Here was my trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9781070 (Please note I did pay his B/O, I’m aware that his B/O shouldn't determine the price but please look at the proof below). Also I offered on the trades below, then refreshed the search page for Stormy Panamas and noticed Mojo updated his trade and I preceded to buy for 24 keys.
Unsold Stormy Panamas on OP:

The trade is one week old.
Offers-N&b Bonnet+4 keys and sweets (roughly 17-19 keys not including sweets) with the owner rejected. The other offer was a White B.M.O.C.+Unpainted Bills hat (roughly 22 keys), the seller asked for sweets but hasn't heard back from the guy.

This trade is a few weeks old, has a B/O of 1 bud+4 keys, due to the unstable price of keys/buds the price when he made this trade was roughly 32 keys.
Offers-Gen. Ap-Sap+10 keys (23-24 keys) no reply. A Bubbling Swagman's Swatter+4 keys (about 25-32 keys) hasn't replied. A S. Machina with 2 strange parts+Clean Kringle collection+Outback Intellectual (26-27 keys) has decided yet. A Balaclava Bills+crate #40+S. Widowmaker+sweets (19-20 keys) retracted.

Trade is one month old. Has a B/O of 1 bud
Offers-1 bud, retracted. 1 white bills hat + 10 keys + 8 refined + 2 scrap (almost 22 keys) seller rejected offer.
The given proof above shows that most offers are with items (not uncommon) and most are slightly lower than the current range-to sum it up, this hat just does not sell at 21-25 keys very easily. The bump isn’t significant but I’m just trying to update the price the owners know what they want but whether or not they accept bp.tf prices it wouldn't hurt if somebody bumped the price (I am no expert but I do my share of voting) and my links show patient traders but unless the price of keys change there is no way they can get a bud for the very least. Offers averaged 23 keys. My logic may be flawed but I can accept that-please help me improve this suggestion (This is my first suggestion!) but pointing out anything you see wrong. NOTE: I did NOT post all offers on the last 2 links-just the significant ones. Like I said up there^^ please help me out if you feel this suggestion could use more and/or (but not limited to) the price range I set this at should be adjusted.
Also a friend showed me this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9027319 so I am aware of it however theres this: http://backpack.tf/item/1350353964 obviously he doesn't own it but i couldn't find out how much he managed to sell it for, if he did manage to get 2 buds I wouldn't be making this suggestion. Thank you and have a nice day.
Since you bought for 24 keys the upper range could probably be 24.
I considered it, and talked with a couple friends and went back and forth from 20-24 keys maybe even up to 22-26 keys when he showed me the last link too, in the end I went with 21-23 and I trusted my gut.
I approve of your candor.
thank you, wish me luck!
I think that 24 keys is still possible. I was able to quickly (less than a day) sell one for 24 keys. Bought http://imgur.com/qKzBIaB Sold http://imgur.com/pgx6q4f
oh lame, after all that speculation and thinking i really thought 21-23 would work better than 20-24! oh well, ill give it some thought. thanks for the feedback!
It could have just been luck on my part though.
