Many unsold at 1 key, and even less on OP.

Most trades showing no interest.

Other ones being offered on are craft numbers under 100/special numbers.

Also classifieds, many unsold at 1 key, and even 4 ref, and 3.66 ref!

You are correct that there are many unsold at 1 key, but where did you come up with the 2.66-3 ref range from?

Buying @ 2 ref.

Last bump was an hour ago,

Offered 2.55 twice,

2.66

1 quick-buyer trade doesn't really count for much

Added for an item worth 3.33, typical overpay in items.

he is trading a stogie, and you have no idea if he was added for the metal or hair

Has hair in his bp.

Tried to sell it for 4 ref or a key, failed.

no hint of wanted a stogie

Ltblu still has the stogie and it looks like FlutterSpy traded the hair away in a different trade, I don't see any evidence of the 1st trade you linked being completed

yeah FlutterSpy traded the hair for a clean BBB http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9808801 which still doesn't really support your range
