Look at PROOFS before downvoting!!!
I know I have this hat, but it needs a little bump...
4 trades on outpost atm:
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8177349, c/o is a bit higher than 30 keys. One offered a bud in items (including a Steaming Gentleman's Gatsby) plus a to-be-defined game.
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9711619, sold for 1 bud +9 keys (1.34 buds) but also get a 1 bud +10 keys offer (1.38 buds).
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9584989, 1 week old trade. Lowest offer is 1 bud, best is 1 bud +2 keys (not taken). B/O is set at 2buds, but it means nothing.
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9584947, same guy as before. Got offered of 1 bud +4keys +Genuine Original (2.5 - 3 keys) +clean Dashin' Hashshashin (2 - 2.5 keys) for a total of about 1.34 buds. Offerer hide his post later, because he was able to buy it from BloodyFlame (my second link).
ALSO I was able to buy this hat only for 34 pure keys (1.31 buds), all my other offers were rejected.

BUYERS
There are 4 pages of Unusual Mongolian Buyers on Outpost
I've checked all trades and I was not able to find a single offerer including a Green Energy!!!
Lots of N&B, Straming, Smoking... Few Plasma and Orb. Fire...
But seems that none is trying to offer his Green Energy Mongolian
you should put 1 bud - 1.13 buds, not 1.1 buds
well 1 bud offers are ista-rejected... And sellers only talks to people offering at least 1 bud +something...
I don't think 1 bud should be in the range as none is able to buy it for that price...
As my proofs show that only offer >1 bud are taken into account, so I don't think 1 bud should be in the range... But this is my opinion...
