2 in existence. Both on the market. One previous sale at 11 buds (sold instantly). Most offers in the 12-15 range, all rejected.
Only previous sale:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9232560 - 11 buds - sold instantly at that
Claims to have offers of $500 and item/unusual offers in 14-15 range, but no documentation of this.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9767576
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9249286
Offers:
15.2 buds in unusuals (beams bonk boy)
15.1 buds in unusuals (harvest drill + lantern fb helm + nuts reggae + max) - also willing to add sweets
12.8 buds in unusuals (cloudy ywn)
12.4 buds in unusuals (burning tossle)
12 buds in unusuals (secret conn cap)
Second seller:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9072694
Offers:
13.5 buds item (vintage service medal)
12.5 buds in unusuals (burning tossle)
Conclusion: 11 buds pure seems to be a quicksell price and MANY offers are much higher than this. Sellers are looking for 16, but highest offers are 15 in unusuals, justifying high end of 14.5.
P.S. Skyline, thanks for your input. I included 11 back in the range with the rationale that it is the only pure offer that this hat has received.
^_^ not to be rude, low end seems fine now but still the high end a bit high , highest offers and that only offers not a real sales
1- 500$ not valid of use as proof : http://backpack.tf/vote/id/515ee56eba25366b20000002
2- beams bonk boy 15.2 buds with factoring overpay ~ 13.7 in pure
3- harvest drill 9.5 ~ fb 1.3 ~ regga 0.7 ~ max 2 = 13.6 in pure
i'd say the high end not should go more than 13.5
Hmm. I like the idea of using unusual overpay of 10% for lower value hats. But I disagree that it should be that steep for higher value hats simply because it's hard to find people who just carry around 14 buds AND want to buy this particular hat. It's just such a small market. I factored my overpay by 0.5-0.75 buds and included 14.5 not 15 at the high end.
Offers are perfectly valid since they show what people value the hat at. And keep in mind all of these were rejected. Sellers are looking for 16.
I'll think about it. Maybe I'll do 11-14.
0.5 bud isn't much to worry about, especially at this value.
Accepting.
