Well this seems to be a very expensive unsual!

First of all, any unusual is worth atleast 12 keys, and 10 as a quicksell. Secondly, the team captain is the most expensive hat in game and stormy 13th is a limited and expensive effect. Conclusion: This is the worst suggestion ever
