as for this suggestion - the four unsolds are not proof of anything, the first link is from 2 weeks ago. the others are fine

Well never seem that one but Most people are doing 1 weapon=1 scrap so It would be logical that it would be 4.11.But now and then there are 1:1 weapons(i'm one of them) so you could craft it for 4.05.But the majority of it is 1 weapon=1 scrap

while this is true, this site says that every common weapon is only worth half a scrap, so it would be inconsistent to use that reasoning in this case. It's up to the mods how they want the site to handle these things

I've said it before on a different Fez suggestion:

If we let prices reflect what people are trading for, we are making it seem like we are turning a blind-eye to the fact that it only takes 4.05 ref to craft this hat.

However, if we make it so the highest price that can be reflected for this hat is 4.05 ref, that would be price manipulation.

Nah, the correct way is to list what it's selling for. We should be presenting the facts, even if they don't make any logical sense.

It's not backpack.tf's job to alert people that they can get a better deal if they use logic, it's bp.tf's job to report the prices items are being sold for. If people want to pay 4.11 for a hat that costs 4.05 to craft, then why shouldn't 4.11 be in the range?

That's correct.If it takes 3 ref to craft a hat then shouldn't the price be 3 ref then?No because people feel like paying 1.33 and that's the price chosen

Having the price on this go over 4.05 is frankly ridiculous, and the ones actually buying for over that are either too generous or band spenders and/or stupid.
