    Last two buyer links have offers of 14 keys, the last one specifically has two 14 key offers.

    The first Unsold 15 key link has an offer of White/Black Bill's + 2 BP Expanders (so 9.5 + 5.5 = 15).


    If you could find a bit more unsold PDAs at 16 keys, I'd be more confident in upvoting this.
