Reasons for the ends:

Low end: Well, the offers hanging at around 19 keys.

High end, 21 keys offered pure and also in promos, the one sold at 23 keys was 2 months ago, so it doesn't really matter, the price needs to show the offers in the last month or so, not 2 months ago.
