My guess is the range was 12-13 (or maybe 12-14) keys, but due to currency fluctuations, the price auto-adjusted itself to what you see now. Same thing happened to an Orb. Fire VR Headset I had (it said the price was 26-33 keys, but a day later it said it was 1-1.3 buds).
