This thing got the cold shoulder over the last few months; popularity is non-existant.

Owner made it pretty clear he'd take about 6.5 Pure or so for his Cold Killer; highest offers received were a Blizz TC, Stormy Muffs, and a Harvest Lid- None exceed 7.5 on this site..
Either way, this needs a big bump-down in price. Yes, I get that the range is wide, but I wanted to try and accommodate offers and what sold for. Lemme know what you think below!
Don't take quicksells into account when suggesting a price.
Um, no. Quicksells mean a LOT as to what the price of an item is, and this one's more than 3 Buds below the current price. Seeing how no offers are higher than 7 in Unusuals, I'd say this needs a bump-down.

Which is a month old, unlike your days old, and has numerous offers.
One offer of a Cloudy Moon Trophy Belt rejected (8.9-9.9) ~1 month. The offer may be too old, but ignoring a trade when there are only 3 on OP is either lazy or leaving out counterproof.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9031165 - recent offer of harvest moon lid (5.8-6.6). The owner said that it was bought for 6 buds, from a scammer.
Also, quicksells shouldn't be part of the price. The previous price is too high, but I feel that 5 buds for the low end is a bit low...
As discussed in the comments, this suggestion is riding too hard on a single quicksell. People are easily offering higher, one impatient trader jumping on the first offer he gets should not dictate the price of all blizzard cold killers.
