This is 1 of those hats that effect and the hat kinda match each other, like BBQing hotdog lol. I bought 1 today at 23 keys myself and planning on keeping it. I have to tell you its hard to find ppl selling at lower than 20 keys and most that are offering 20 keys are not accepted.

Looking at offers and available items on outpost Im going to suggest a narrower range but similar price.
