This is my first suggestion. I've dealt with this hat twice. I do own this hat but please read the proof I provide.

I see your point with 1.3, but I don't see 1.5 except as your buyout which isn't proof

I had~43 keys when I finished selling the stuff Gratisfaction bought it off me for. Considering the fact that I quick sold the bubbling l'inspecteur as well as many of the items, I could have gotten ~ 50 keys if I tried. That is well above 1.5 buds.

Allright, but considering there are 31 on these (according to stats.tf) I think one trade of 1.5 in items isn't enough. But I'm not an admin so I don't decide what's happening to this, you just didn't convince me.

Which is why I set it as the high end. I've seen many suggestions pass where the high end was the value of the unusual offer or mixed. If someone unboxes a burning KE and sells it for a bud, does that make burning KE's 1 bud?
