I actually sold my Bubble Pipe (the first one) + Skull Noir for the Secret Beak. The secret beak's value is more around 30 in unusual, 27 pure as I currently have an offer of 31 mixed on it (2/3 of which is cash and buds actually). The Skull Noir is worth 4 pure easily, so that would put my sell price right at your high end of this listing.

As far as I could calculate during my time with this hat, this price is rather dead on.

High end seems a bit high since it was based on items + unusuals offer, and not pure...

I only set the high end like that because it fitted the unusual overpay alongside the pure offers in the range that was given.
