2.25 is way too low, many people are buying at that price to flip for profit but they don't have the supply. my trade is up for two weeks and I barely get any.

Long, can you provide proof as to why 2.25 keys shouldn't be in the range? You've only shown proof that is in the current range with one lucky trader outside the range.

Upvoting , i'm one of the sellers you put in the proof. It's ridiculous for it to be 2.25-2.75 keys , 2 weeks ago when everyone was selling for 2 keys 3 ref - 3 keys i started selling for 2 keys 2.66 refined and i was more than successful in selling last 2 weeks. I successfully sold 75+ backpack expanders / UTPA gifts in 2 weeks , and there were few times when i was out of stock and i couldn't sell any to people who added me for expanders/utpa gifts. upvoting

You were selling at the middle of the range. Most people you see will sell for the high end of the range, so the moment they see someone selling for anything lower then the high end of the range, they jump all over it.

What i'm saying is that .5 key difference between lowest and highest range is ridicilous range , it's commonly traded item and people shouldn't profit like 0.5 key per one , i personally profit about 1.33 refined per two , and i do it as a hobby to get some extra metal/hats , just because few people successfully bought them for 2.25 you can't say that 2.25 is low end , you can't even base price on buyers , because buyers are usually quickbuyers who will simply re-sell for high end of the price

I looked on Outpost and saw plenty of successful buyers at 2.25 and plenty of successful sellers at 2.75. I don't understand why buyers shouldn't be used for proof if they're getting plenty of adds, even if they are just going to turn around and sell it for more.

we should use buyers trades only to support the prices on sellers trades but if these buyers just gonna go around and flip it at 2.5-2.75 easily then why should we includes 2.25.

Because 2.25 happens more frequently then a normal quickbuy price.

Why don't we just remove all ranges from items now? People will just buy at the low end and flip it at the high end, so why even bother having ranges with your logic? If you're gonna say "because people sell at the lower ends too," think about this: In order for someone to buy something at the lower end, someone has to sell it to them and the sales at 2.25 happen more frequently than the sales at quicksell prices.

yes but no one actually sell at 2.25 on sellers trades. if a normal person wanting to buy one they have to pay at least 2.5. 2.25 happens sometime but since it is a quicksell price it takes time.

You sure are good at finding stilted evidence that supports your case. I don't have to bother though, I just did a basic search on outpost and all I see are a TON of stale (2+ weeks old) posts for 2.75 to 3 keys each. They may sell in that range eventually but it's an uphill battle to do it.

So, planning on getting into carded premium upgrades now too Long? Every price you manipulate, you eventually get your grubby fingers in it somehow.
