Rather hard to sell at 13, several people offering at 12.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9813141 (selling for 12 keys + 3 ref)

Managed to sell one for item overpay after a few days ( http://i.imgur.com/BmVzxJ2.png ) so 13 keys is still possible.
Just sold mine for 13 keys.
Still in the price range. I never said it wasn't possible.
yeah i dont know how this went up to 13
when regular strange huntsmen shot up to 12 keys due to speculation, this went up along with it.
Only one guy selling for 12 keys, maybe he was just quickselling? Doesn't look too good to me.
the 12 key one is certainly a quicksell, he said so himself and it was gone in barely a day. i do agree however that it is rather hard to sell at 13 but since you don't really have good proof of trades at 12 keys why not propose 12.5-13.
Look at the first 2: I bought them at 12 and provided screenshots of the trades. First one was up for 3 days before I bought it. Do those not count?
Also none of the links I provided said "quicksell" anywhere in the trade. Just because he said to add him doesn't mean it's a quicksell. I always encourage people to add me in trades, and I've seen plenty of OP trades say "add me for a fast trade" that were bad offers.
links are not good enough.
1st: "add" on the same day
2nd: "add" on the same day
3rd: not a big deal, 12k+1 ref hidden
4th: he probably wanted the bmoc, nothing else. We cant consider
5th: 2 adds because it iz gud deel
Sorry, I have to downvote it
1st and 2nd "add" did not follow through. I bought them, and provided screenshots of my trade history in the original post. You can also confirm this in the items' history. A fairly fast trade is expected for the lower value, but since the first one didn't get a serious offer of 12 keys for 3 days, I'm led to believe 12 keys is a solid lower range.
3rd link is offering less than 13 keys, indicating someone is not able to sell for 13 like most trades on outpost. It's not hard to see people are having trouble selling for 13, so the price needs to be adjusted.
