sorry there's not an abundance of proof, but this item is still quite rare, and it gets used a lot. Als 80% of all sellers still want 1 bud+ and buyers buy for under 15 keys. These trades are the only reasonable ones on outpost. I hope this convinced you guys that 20 keys just isn't possible anymore. You're always welcome to post additional proof, and even counterproof.

I thought so too, but there just isn't a range. No sellers above 18 get anything and buyers below it don't get it either. On trades saying "lowest offers wins" many have an offer of 18 but none have one of lower. Therefore I believe there just isn't a range for this item, surprising as it may be.

Agreed, I think we were all expecting this.

I sold mine for a level 0 v. trophy belt + a pink camera beard, and it took under 1 hour.

You shouldn't value rare levels based on backpack.tf, it's a pre-calculated value that doesn't have any previous trades to vindicate it.

No, but still, if I manage to sell it at 19 or 20 keys, then I would have perfect counter proof.

That's the thing, it won't sell for 19 or 20, I just took a quick look and the closest thing I saw to a real offer was 10 keys.

And how do you know that there isn't closed successful trades at 20 keys?

After all there exist 84 of them, so a lot of them aren't on trades, since the people who bought them at asking price might like them a lot, you never know.

put my sales from past 2 days. i sold them basically within 1-3 hrs each. tho do agree 20 keys is prly hard. so ill make a new suggestion with my proof

I sold mine yesterday for 20 keys after having it up for only about 2 hours. Unfortunately the person who bought it didn't post before they added me to buy it.

OPs 4th proof is my trade, I have sold 3 at 20 keys and 1 at 21 (said I could keep a key change for a bud). I have had a number of people add me at 20 keys whilst I have not had any in stock.

So its a downvote from me for the moment.
