Just because they are asking for 0.22-0.33ref doesn't mean that the price should go up, you're going to have to find more offers/buyers at 0.22ref.

I'll upvote this. I think 0.22-0.33 might be a better range, but I guess if there are several willing sellers for 0.22 there's no need of a higher end.
