You can almost never see this being sold for 0.66. Proof: (Sorry about posting earlier as prices kept mucking up)

Sackston Hale Achievement has only been obtained by 3.5% of the players (Team Fortress Achievements Page via the Store Page)


Plus you can only craft this with 9 masks that are 0.11, so when combined equals 0.99 (1 ref). But the price should have a price difference just in case.

    People also have been selling them just under 0.66 so that's why I lowered it to 0.55 to 1 ref, which was the basic basis on the tf2outpost search. Thanks guys

        You should really think about closing the trade up and re-opening it after reviewing the suggestions of other people that were accepted, It makes for good reference, That's what I did to make sure I could do it as 'acceptable' as ever when I made my first suggestion. :v
