Never mind just cleared it up I think. backpack.tf was originally based on the conversion prices from the tf2wh credit prices, since tf2wh wasn't updating for a while Brad opened up the voting/pricing section for people to suggest prices for items. Some items still had values stored for them based on the amount of tf2wh credits they could get for it, so that's why some unusual prices have a price even though no one has ever suggested on it.
