Agreeing with Wesley here. my trade shows only one guy selling at 2.77 but I've bought quite a few at 2.77 with that trade. The current range is fine.

People wanted it so the price went up thats wtf happend to the price.

I remember when these were going for 0.33 and no one wanted them. Good ol' times. Anyways, I think the current range is fine, no need to raise the lower end.

Link one in the bp of the buyer is a Strange Revolver from not the seller and no other Strange Revolver's recently. Then the last link is the where he got it.
