Conclusion: Was actually sold for steaming KE 2 months ago, but that seems to be an outdated price since it consistently got offers for 7-8 on the last trade. A price of 7.5 accounting for the 10% unusual overpay seems reasonable. No range since only 1 sale in the last month.
