i saw one of these on backpack.tf going for 1 ref just yesterday. i know that they are rarer than normal, but i don't think that 1 proof for out of the range and 3 proofs in the range warrants bringing the price up by .33-.66 ref.

Weird suggestion. Staying neutral.
