I have noticed whilst looking much at this item I have noticed they often go for pretty low prices. Just look on tf2 outpost and hooded alliance trade server. At least anywhere I look these only go for ranges varying between 1ref to 2 ref or maybe a little over 2 very rarely.

    Link to specific trades, not search links. Also, buyers will also buy low, to make this change you need sellers selling at this price.
