Many offers of 1.66 are turned down, as well as 2 ref offers. Needs a small rise.
Yes, I own one. No, it doesn't matter.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6911355 2 offers of 2 refined in the last 2 weeks.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6750673 Offer of 2 ref one day ago.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9209064 2 ref offer a week ago.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7247814 Offers of 1.66, 2, even 2.33 at one point.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9558094 1.77 offer turned down.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9428752 1.66 offer turned down.
However, there is still at least one seller at 1.66:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9763120 Unsold at 1.66 for a week.
There's also at least one buyer who has gotten offers of 1.66.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9536809 (People willing to sell for 1.66, one sells at 1.33, but that seems to be a quicksell/exception.)
So there you have it. Sellers willing to sell at 2 ref, buyers willing to buy at 1.66 ref, and the occasional 1.66 seller. It seems very possible to make a sale on either side of the range, so that's why I've put it in.
scary old trades, but ok
Old trades, but new offers. What people offer is what matters.
I know that. I upvoted.
Old trades, bad suggestion

Poor, poor.
Poor/Poor
I'll say it once again.
"Old trades, but new offers. What people offer is what matters."
So what if the trade itself is 4 months old? The offers I'm focusing on are recent within the last week or so. Pretty relevant to me.
Also, Stormy, only one of your suggestions has ever been accepted. You do better.
0/10 try harder.
