Yup: another Heavy unusual. This one isn't nearly as cancerous as the Magnificent Mongolian, but it's still low tier and has an effect that makes it difficult to move. As always, here is the proof:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9888096 - Only clean version on the market; seems to be getting 16 key offers across the board, including a N&B Heavy Duty Rag + a key, a N&B Little Buddy, and a pure lot.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9602102 - Painted with An Extraordinary Abundance of Tinge. The seller wants offers in the range of 17-19 keys (he did have an offer at one point for a Steaming Berliner's Bucket Helm [19 keys?], but he seems to have rejected said offer as being too low). With the paint removed, this would put the base hat at 14.5-16.5 keys.

Doesn't want to sell for anything less than 16 keys (15 with the paint removed), and prefers anything more than 20 (19 without the paint). He did recieve an offer for 20 keys (a N&B Heavy Duty Rag and 5 keys), and may be close to accepting it.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9299086 - Painted Peculiarly Drab Tincture. This is a wierd trade, as the hat listed in the lot has been sold twice since the listing was posted. How much the listed seller sold for is unknown, but he said he wanted to sell it for 0.8 buds, and the person he sold it to mentioned 21 keys in his offer.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9769005 - By following the next owner of the hat, we come across this listing. Like the last one, there's no known price for what it sold for, but this time, the new seller has turned down offers of 2 A Distinctive Lack of Hue Paint Cans (5 keys), a Tinge Bill's Hat (10.5 keys), and a Merc's Muffler (2 keys), and a Crysis 3 Hunter Edition (what?) for the Toque and a Craft #74 Hunger Force (no idea for the worth on that one), which would point to offers in excess of 18 keys for a sell this time around.

Out of all of the listings I came across, I couldn't find anyone buying or selling for lower than 16 keys (with the exception of the Tinge listing, but even then, considering he turned down the offer for the other unusual, I have my doubts), while 20+ keys is not uncommon if you can find the right seller (not to mention the listing I found that may have sold for 21). I'm keeping the range exactly as wide as it was before, just raising the net price by 2 keys.
