Where does 2.5 comes from? Most links are fairly new and last one got sold for 3 keys.
I know you try to do the opposite of what the other guy did, but this is wrong too
2.5 comes from the two 1 key painted battlebobs not selling. Price is 3 months old and links are days old. Not hours (except for one)
EDIT: my bad there is a 22 hour one as well as 18 hours. The others are over a day old. Recently was told that a over week old proof is pointless.
Since when are painted ones included in price? Also genuines can take more then 1 or 2 days. 1 day is fairly new for a genuine. Not to mention there is half a page of these only. So demand may be small but supply is small too
I can understand a battle bob painted 216 or indubitably or some dropped color worth about a ref, but paint that is only obtainable through uncrating/store valued at a key or more going unsold for an unpainted one? Even bp.tf has the battle bob that is painted lime "valued" at 3.85 keys. If its unsold for 3 keys after days why would the others sell?
EDIT: There were also some that sold on the market for ridiculously low in the last weeks. $0.03, 0.11, 4.03, 1.15, 2.01, 2.87 to $3.71. All below 2 key steam market value.Though the lower than $2 i would call a derp moment for seller. But who knows. Also to note, the last few that were sold on the market were sold for a little above 2 key market price.
Let me guess: the other guy's bad suggestion inspired you to do this?
You need more sales at 2.5 to really make this suggestion stand out, though.
Yea pretty much. Looking at OP for counter proof was actually what inspired this. There's only 22 trades with battlebobs on OP and the ones on tf2trader are all bp sellers not selling individual items.
I've been watching the price of this one for a while now, but I haven't seen any proof of 2.5 keys other than this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9176227 Offer to sell a pink one for 3 keys
So I'm staying neutral. I do agree it is hard to sell at 3 keys but I haven't seen proof of 2.5 keys really.
