amount of views dont really matter if they sell for less then the current range, shows that there is not much demand for this item

untaken offers ARE proof, if people are willing to sell for 3 refined why should the price be 4 refined for example?

the guy IS selling for 1.22 ref, item is already wrapped so if you substract a key (for the wrap) you get 1.22.

But the seller is not subtracting the price of the wrap, he is selling it for 1 key+1.22 ref WITH wrap.

Even if it needs an update, it needs an accurate update with proof as to the SUCCESSFUL trades of multiple, recent, people.

Pricing is not done on speculation like this. Certainly with a new item it could work like that, but with an item with an already established value that has no evidence of changing, you couldn't change the price so drastically.

You can't just drop a price because of logic, you have to wait until traders figure it out for themselves.

There is an OVERWHELMING amount of sellers at 1 key, and that was all on the first page alone. If you look at the classified, you'll see ONE seller at your suggested price, but five for prices for the current range.

You can't cherry-pick your proof.

Consider it an outlier but they can still sell for a key, a few others have posted that they have sold for a key. Maybe the range could be fixed?

Any of the others that sold for a key were painted, so you have to take the price of paint into effect. Since the site already takes paint into account, you don't include that when suggesting a new price.

I don't consider it an outlier, it was sold before Poker Night 2 pre-orders began.

The price of the game does not change the price of the promotional items.

Ill accept this because 2-3 ref sales do crop up often and 1 key sales are harder to prove. But I wont be surprised if right after someone resuggests and proves 3-4+ refined sales possible. It is just ALL over the place : |
